Washington and Lee Third Year Housing

Draper Aden Associates provided site planning and engineering, surveying, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) for new Third Year housing on a constructed 9.23 acre site. This project also included the expansion of existing and the design of new parking lots to accommodate a total of new 232 spaces. The general scope of services included design for the parking lots, driveway to and through the site, hardscape pathways, erosion and sediment control, grading, storm, sanitary, and water lines along with stormwater strategies for the project.  In addition, the existing grass field south of the Third Year housing precinct was converted to a synthetic turf field.
