The Commonwealth, state agencies and localities are vocally opposed to one of the latest EPA directives. While the EPA, hopes to improve health of Virginia’s environment, it has ordered a 50 percent reduction in the amount of water flowing daily through Fairfax County’s Accotink Creek.
