Stanardsville Main Street Streetscape

Draper Aden Associates provided engineering design and surveying services for a VDOT Enhancement Program sponsored by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission and Stanardsville Area Revitalization (*STAR*). The 750 foot streetscape revitalization project included new ADA-accessible sidewalks, curb and gutter, and minor milling of Main Street, safety improvements, including visibility, crosswalks and traffic calming bumpouts, as well as new landscaping and lighting. Draper Aden Associates, in conjunction with *STAR* and TJPDC, conducted public hearings to obtain citizen and stakeholder input on the project. Draper Aden Associates also prepared bidding documents and construction administration services for this project.
