Draper Aden Associates performed a feasibility study, site plan evaluation, and programming assistance for the proposed expansion at the San-J facility on Sprouse Drive in Henrico County. When the project was approved in 2015, DAA continued to work on the 5.7 acre expansion and new building. The 43,000 SF expansion allows San-J to double its soy sauce production, while the new 15,000 SF building provides an intake space for raw materials. The entire project will include construction of the expansion and new building, parking lots, new roads, utilities, and all related site infrastructure.
