Draper Aden Associates assisted in the location and administration of LWCF, PARTF, and Johnston County grant funding for the complete design of a community park. The utility design for this project included the installation and extension of water service, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. An asphalt parking lot, pedestrian walkway, azalea garden, children’s playground, toddler playground, various landscaped gardens, picnic shelter with restroom facilities, and an amphitheater were also included in the design. The park opened for residents in the summer of 2006. DAA teamed with Landscape Architect Terraeden for the design.
