Draper Aden Associates provided site planning and engineering services for the new Virginia Treatment Center for Children (VTCC) facility located adjacent to the existing Children’s Hospital of Richmond on Brook Road on Sherwood Avenue in the City of Richmond. The facility consists of a 32-bed facility and supporting infrastructure expandable to 48 beds.
