Draper Aden provided consulting civil engineering services to prepare preliminary concept plans for development considerations. The project sites were previously considered for multi-family apartment developments and were being reconsidered for single-family and townhouse development. The concepts were developed and provided to determine if the proforma for the development was achievable for the marketplace.
