The vision for the newly-constructed Clubhouse at Magnolia Green Golf Club was an aesthetically-pleasing facility that blended with the natural environment while providing needed functionality. The Clubhouse design included a new pro golf shop and administrative offices, a venue for dining and special functions, and food service for golf course patrons.
Our structural expertise resulted in a safe, long-lasting facility that offered the desired functionality and enabled the architect to achieve their aesthetic vision without compromising the project budget. The two-story design combined concrete and wood resulting in a stunning Clubhouse that is now a focal point of the property.
The Clubhouse features a walk-out concrete basement and retaining walls, concrete beams, and concrete one-way structural slab. Its second story is wood framed with wooden roof trusses. The building also features exposed heavy timber trusses with rafter framing at the entry corridor.
