Mimosa Park is a small neighborhood near the intersection of Parham Road and Broad Street in Henrico, Virginia.

For this project, we were hired to abandon an old private water system, including abandonment of approximately 4,055 LF of existing 2 ¼-inch water mains, abandonment of two existing interconnections, flushing hydrants, and transferring 50 water services to existing water mains along Aiken Drive, Homeview Drive, and Parham Road. This project also included the installation of approximately 440 LF of 8-inch ductile iron water main in the right-of-way of St. Martins Lane.

Our scope included a complete site walkover, SUE, survey, geotechnical engineering, design, bidding, and construction administration services.
