We provided site planning and engineering associated with the 640,000 SF outpatient facility located on Broad Street in downtown Richmond between 10th and 11th Streets adjacent to the current Children’s Pavilion. Services provided include site demolition plans and removal of portions of the existing Children’s pavilion and temporary building access and utility services. New construction includes a 600-car parking garage with four-levels below grade and three above ground, extensive streetscapes and coordination with utilities and vehicular access, and underground connection to other services and utilities in the MCV Campus via a tunnel under 11th Street.
