We provided services for a 10-acre, new landfill cell construction project involving earthwork, controller fill, geosynthetic clay liner, geomembrane liner, geotextile, leachate collection installation, and site infrastructure improvements. We performed the geotechnical engineering, aerial, design, survey, and environmental services on the site. Our Geotechnical/Construction team’s role was construction quality assurance, construction management, construction quality control, and certification that the landfill was built in accordance with the plans, specifications and VADEQ Permit No. 598.
