Providing site civil services for developing or redeveloping sites is routine for us. That said it is not often you then get to move your office into a site you designed, but that’s just the unique opportunity we had with the 2 Bayport Way – Beacon One Office Building project. Located in the Oyster Point business district, the Beacon One office building is a new three-story, 56,000 SF structure for which we a wide array of services. A few of those services included site utilities, onsite parking, landscaping, and the design of stormwater management bioretention systems. We are excited to have been one of Beacon One’s first tenants.
