Phase II of the Abberly Crest Apartments consisted of 240 apartments in 10 buildings, strategically located within the property to minimize clearing and preserve existing trees/vegetation, parking, garages, club house, pedestrian connections, trails, and other site amenities. We utilized low impact development principles and incorporated infiltration basins to address stringent stormwater management requirements. This project was phase two of a three phase proposed development and covered 19 acres within a 65 acre parcel.
