Draper Aden Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Glenn Telfer, PE, LEED® AP, to a Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VADEQ) stakeholder group that will consider ways to streamline the Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sediment Control, and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act Programs. Glenn will join nineteen other members from development, environmental, local government, and engineering interests in helping shape regulations prior to the 2016 General Assembly. As part of this consensus building stakeholder group, he will advise the VADEQ on changes that need to be made to stormwater and erosion and sediment control regulations.
