Tim Cretney, Chief Financial Officer
Joined DAA in 2016
Tim has more than 10 years of experience in financial and operational leadership. At Draper Aden, he supports all business strategies and initiatives for growth of the firm, in addition to maintaining the stewardship of the firm’s finances. He has quickly turned our Finance and Accounting Division into a cohesive, flexible, and productive department that contributes to our success every day. His financial expertise has helped the firm to grow and prosper.
Tyrus Clayton, PE, Senior Project Manager
Joined DAA in 2000
Site Development and Infrastructure Division
Tyrus has more than 18 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, solid waste designs, and utility engineering. He has been very instrumental in the success of Draper Aden’s presence in North Carolina and is a fundamental team member on many of our higher education projects. Tyrus wears many hats and is always eager to take on a new challenge head first.
Lutheria Smith, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Director of Human Resources
Joined DAA in 2015
Lutheria is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent for the firm. She strives to have outstanding people working at Draper Aden to provide the one-of-a-kind service and value to our clients that sets us apart. Her strong work ethic and friendly nature make her a wonderful asset to Draper Aden.
Lud Eng, Director of Information Technology
Joined DAA in 1997
Lud manages all information technology services for Draper Aden. In his 22 years with the firm, he has brought us a stable and reliable network and has improved connectivity and collaboration between each of our nine offices. He is always available to answer and solve any IT questions that DAA team members may have.
