In order to better serve our existing clients, support further growth, and become true community partners, Draper Aden expanded our presence in North Carolina with the opening of an office in Raleigh. The firm has experienced significant growth in North Carolina’s Triangle region and throughout the state in recent years. Our new location in Raleigh represents an investment in the community and North Carolina. This new office, which incorporates the relocation of our Coats office to Raleigh, joins our existing presence in Fayetteville, NC.
Gordon Rose, PE, LEED AP will lead our Raleigh office and be joined by 10 exceptional team members. We are planning for additional growth in the region and this location has the capacity to support our long-term plans. Perhaps most exciting about our firm’s newest office is its location on NC State University’s Centennial Campus, a 1,000-acre advanced technology community for university, government, and industry partners located adjacent to the university’s main campus. Industry partners must be selected by the University to join Centennial Campus and we are thrilled about our inclusion. There are a number of benefits to having a dedicated team on the Centennial Campus. This location will allow us to collaborate directly with NC State students and build on our existing relationships with NC State, other universities, local communities, and private developers.
Team members in our Raleigh office will offer clients a variety of award-winning services for which our firm is best known, including engineering, environmental, and surveying services. Some of our projects in the Triangle region include working with the Town of Morrisville and the Town of Cary on a number of flood studies and defining solutions for flooding issues. Draper Aden also recently assisted NC State with developing a masterplan to re-open the Inwood Road Compost site. We look forward to working with current and new clients to address their needs and deliver lasting solutions.
For 45 years, our firm has created enduring partnerships with public and private clients to leave a lasting, positive impact in the communities in which we work. We look forward to creating a lasting, positive impact in North Carolina and throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Please feel free to contact Gordon or me with any questions about our new office.
Thank you for your support of Draper Aden and confidence in our firm.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey N. Lighthiser, PE
