More Information

As a multi-discipline engineering firm, we’re prepared to see your adaptive reuse project through from start to finish. With established offices across Virginia and North Carolina, we can help you not only with the physical adaptive reuse or renovation but also by connecting you with local architects and teaming partners in the area.

In the assessment phase, we offer the services you need for due diligence for the building and the site and more.

In the design phase, our teams work together seamlessly with our client, architects, and other contractors, giving the owner a single point of contact for a simplified experience.

In the construction phase, our geotechnical experts handle the special inspections needed with ease. Not only does this save you the search for another firm, but our in-house geotechnical team can quickly resolve discrepancies and confirm design details with our engineers of record.

Once the project is complete, our structural engineers and civil engineers can provide a record set of drawings for your building.

In addition to these phased services, we also handle ongoing pieces of the puzzle such as meetings with building officials and communities to secure rezoning and permitting requests. Our environmental engineers are also ready to step in to provide Phase III ESAs and bioremediation if necessary.
