This last year plus of the pandemic has made any kind of forecasting a challenge, including in real estate, specifically commercial real estate markets. History has taught us that times of economic struggle can typically be followed a period of economic growth and drive strides in innovation, technology, medicine, education and the arts. For 2021, and moving into 2022, commercial real estate will gradually start a recovery process as a result of Covid-19.
